We provide brand savvy, technical, hands-on, practical advice and experience for rebranding initiatives – from data gathering and conversion strategies, to design and specification, through vendor selection and rollout. The goal being to bring the brand to life for customers and employees, in keeping with the brand strategy and creative that were developed to define the rebranding.

Typically, agency guidelines end at concepts for branding key assets. We have the design and technical expertise to extend these guidelines, as intended, with liveliness and detail, across the entire range of branded asset touchpoints. Ultimately, we develop full specifications that suppliers can accurately quote and produce without guesswork.

Examples of branded assets/ touchpoints are: signage, fleet, uniforms, online, collateral, packaging, ID badges, trade shows, and business cards.

Specific services.

·      Environmental Graphic Design: sign concepts and sign family development – bringing the brand to life in 3D, prototyping and testing, technical drawings, wayfinding planning, branded environments, and interior design. 

·      Consistent data gathering through our Brand CaptureTM smartphone app to:

o  Efficiently conduct surveys, at a site level, to accurately scope the work involved.

o  Populate our cloud-based platform to create site specific recommendations, catalogue and track assets, and establish data driven project management.

o  Output data and documentation for supplier selection and fabrication.

·      We leverage that data to scope, budget and develop conversion scenarios and strategies, for planning the rebrand rollout.

·      Design development and specification, including prototyping, for all branded asset types/ touchpoints.

·      Supplier engagement: providing a network of pre-qualified vendors, RFP management, technical reviews (e.g., shop drawings), quality control (first articles, etc.), inspections, and project management.
